The Creed Asia Development is a mixed use and terraced development featuring service apartment, hotel, retail and commercial development clustered around a central green space. The architectural and landscape design drew inspiration from the surrounding vernacular and cultural contexts, providing its inhabitants a modernized and ecologically conscious space.

The development explored the spiritual essence between people and nature, with fabric of modernism architecture reconsidered and folded into a design philosophy defined by buildings responding to the nature and emphasizing the environment by merging infrastructure with nature.

The Sky Park Hotel provides a retreat among nature away from the surrounding urban density, while the Springside Residence explored the idea of redistributing public facilities across its vertical volume to create a concept of vertical village. Three residential towers interconnected with corridors passing through and weave circulations throughout these communal spaces, cohering disparate residents into fostering a sense of community.

The result is a thought-provoking vision for the future of architecture focusing on vertical living through a high-density urban garden concept.
